Originally developed to support normal blood circulation in the presence of laminitis, EquiVision’s Surge is a proprietary blend of botanicals, functional amino acids and lipids, minerals, vitamins and anti-oxidants designed to support the production of nitric oxide in the horse’s body. (Note: Nitric oxide should not be confused with nitrous oxide (laughing gas). Nitric oxide is naturally produced by your horse’s body but normally in very small amounts.)

Use Surge to:

  • Support normal blood flow, especially to horse’s legs and feet
  • Support the fastest rate of hoof growth possible that is normal for the horse
  • Support desired absorption and utilization of other nutritional supplements and/or medications given concurrently
  • Support the fastest rate of healing of diseased and/or damaged tissues that is normal for the horse
  • Nitric oxide has been proven to have certain analgesic effects. Some horse owners have reported that they were able to reduce the use of NSAID’s in individual horses when Surge was given on a daily basis

Surge--Helped my retired dressage horse able to find a new career!

Posted by Pamela Jefcoat on Sep 10th 2018

My beloved dressage horse has navicular, which was well under control. He was progressing up the levels happily until lameness once again became an issue. Unfortunately, it was not his navicular. He had developed a bone cyst. We sadly retired him to pasture, keeping him as comfortable as possible. He has been at pasture for 3 years. Unfortunately, he loved work, and even with attention and long hand walks, he was still bored. After being told about Surge, it was worth a try. We saw improvement with the first container. I was able to start short hacks on flat ground. He remained sound. He now makes our small loop. It is about 30 minutes, in the woods and he loves it. He's still sound, and will get a re-check in February. He was doing well with all his other treatments, but I saw a difference adding Surge. In fact, he never ran in his field, but we have to watch him if he doesn't get hacked. I have a very happy horse back. Thank you so much!

I Don't Buy Supplements, but I Buy Surge!!!

Posted by Cameron Smith Vogt on Sep 10th 2018

"A great friend of mine recommended this product last year when I had two horses suffering from issues relating to thrush (South Carolina had severe floods in October of 2015). I used Surge to get both my guys back into condition. And it worked. When I had the opportunity to talk with Dr. Bill, he let me know that I wouldn't need to keep them on it --- once they were back in shape, I could take them off. Which I love. (You'll see why below -- but in a word -- I'm cheap.)
My older guy, however, is 15 and has been off more than I like (no one can determine if it's muscular, arthritis, laminitis, navicular) -- so I put him back on Surge about 30 days ago. I rode him yesterday and he had his best day in quite some time.
I'm on here to order another container of Surge.
Here is the other way I can explain why this product gets 5 stars: My father is an old-time cowboy -- we don't call the vet that often and we don't do fancy feeding (yet, we've bred and shown some of the top Quarter Horses, Cutting Horses, and Saddlebreds in the country for 40 years) -- and I am as thrifty as my Scottish name allows. So for me to spend money on this product means it's working!!!"
