AutoShip Overview

What is AutoShip?

 

AutoShip is the most convenient way to get your horse's favorites from Stride Animal Health. We automatically ship the items you want based on the frequency you choose.

You always have complete control over your AutoShip orders. We’ll send an email reminder before each order ships, as well as a notification when your order is placed.

You can easily skip an upcoming order or change your delivery frequency, order date, or quantity by visiting your AutoShip Dashboard.

Changes can be made before the next scheduled shipment date, and you can cancel your subscription at any time.

How do I sign up for AutoShip?

 

Set up an AutoShip subscription when purchasing qualifying items on StrideAnimalHealth.com. To subscribe, simply select the "Subscribe & Save" option for your desired product, choose your preferred shipment frequency, then check out as normal.

How much will I be charged for AutoShip orders?

 

There is no extra cost to participate in AutoShip. In fact, AutoShip helps you save! Enjoy Free Shipping on all your recurring orders.

Orders will be charged to your default payment method, at current retail prices. You can update your default payment method at any time.

On rare occasions, we make updates to our prices due to ingredient costs and other factors. Should the price of solutions included in your AutoShip subscriptions change, we will be sure to notify you via email, prior to your next shipment.

When will my AutoShip orders ship?

 

Your AutoShip Dashboard will display a "Shipment Date" for all of your upcoming orders.

We make every effort to ship your order within 24 hours of this date. If any items are on backorder, we will notify you and ship them as soon as they are back in stock.

You will receive an email a few days prior to this date, an email confirming your order, and then another email notifying you when your order has been shipped.

Can dealers sign up for AutoShip?

 

While we explore options to better serve the needs of our dealer partners and their customers, new AutoShip enrollments are currently paused for dealers and other channel partners.

If you're a dealer who signed up for AutoShip prior to the pause of new enrollments, you can continue your current subscriptions and manage details in your AutoShip Dashboard.

Can I use coupons or discounts with my AutoShip orders?

At this time, discounts cannot be applied to reoccuring AutoShip orders.

If you have a coupon code, or would like to take advanatge of a promotion on StrideAnimalHealth.com, simply select "One-Time Purchase" when adding the product to your cart, then add the coupon code during checkout.

If you'd like to use this discount for a product that's currently in your AutoShip subscription:

  • Purchase your desired product like normal, following the instructions above
  • Visit your AutoShip Dashboard, and select "Skip Order" (this will skip your next order, so you don't double-up, but keep your AutoShips on the same frequency)
 

Managing AutoShip Subscriptions

How do I manage my AutoShip subscriptions?

 

You can keep track of your subscriptions and manage upcoming orders, via your AutoShip Dashboard.

You can easily skip an upcoming order or change your delivery frequency, order date, or quantity.

Changes can be made before the next scheduled shipment date, and you can cancel your subscription at any time.

Can I modify orders scheduled under my AutoShip subscriptions?

 

You can manage all of your AutoShip subcriptions and future orders, with a click of a button, by logging in to your account at StrideAnimalHealth.com and visiting your AutoShip Dashboard.

Change dates, skip orders, add or remove products, or cancel at anytime.

  • Change Date: Use this option to change the shipping date for your AutoShip orders. When you adjust this date, it will also adjust the dates for all future orders under this subscription, based on your selected frequency.
  • Send Now: Ship your recurring order right away instead of waiting for the next scheduled date. This will also adjust your future orders for this subscription, based on your selected frequency.
  • Skip Order: Cancel your scheduled order. Your next order will ship on the following schedule date, and does not cancel the recurring AutoShip shipments.
  • Pause Subscription: This pauses all future orders, under that AutoShip subscription. You can restart at anytime.
  • Cancel Subcription: Fully cancels your AutoShip subscription and all future orders. If you would like to restart AutoShip after cancelling, you will need to re-enroll.

How do I update the payment method for AutoShip subscriptions?

 

Updating your payment method is easy! Simply:

  • Login to your account at StrideAnimalHealth.com
  • Visit "Payment Methods" under your account
  • Select or add the card that you would like to use for future AutoShip orders, and click "Edit"
  • Check the "Default Payment Method" box


How do I update the shipping address for AutoShip subscriptions?

 

Want us to ship your products somewhere else? No problem!

You can update the shipping address for any orders or subscription, prior to the next ship date.

  • Login to your account at StrideAnimalHealth.com
  • Visit your AutoShip Dashboard
  • Scroll to your next upcoming order, and click "Change Shipping"
  • Enter your desired shipping address
  • If you'd like to update this address for all future AutoShip orders, check the "Use for all shipments" box at the bottom

Can I change the quantity and frequency of my AutoShip orders?

 

To change the how often and how many of your AutoShip products ship, login to your account at StrideAnimalHealth.com and visit your AutoShip Dashboard.

  • Scroll to your next AutoShip subscription order
  • Adjust the quantity & frequency under each product
  • To change the quanity of that product, click the dropown next to "Sending"
  • To change the frequency of your shipments, click the dropdown next to "every"

 

 

ORDER ISSUES

What happens if my upcoming order is out of stock?

 

We’ll send you an email notifying you if an item in your upcoming subscription order is out of stock.

We’ll continue trying to fulfill your order and let you know when it becomes available again – don’t worry, you won’t be charged if the item is not shipped.
